Our Prices
Straightforward pricing. A service built around your business.
We believe you should have a clear idea of what your website will cost and what you’re getting for your money.
Our prices reflect the time, experience and ongoing support that go into our work. We don’t believe in cutting corners or charging extra for things we consider essential.
The prices below are a useful starting point. Some businesses need more, others need less, so we’ll always take the time to understand your requirements and provide a clear quotation before any work begins.

Website Care & Hosting
More than somewhere to host your website.
Your website needs regular attention to stay secure, up to date and working as it should.
That’s why our hosting service includes the technical care that websites need, rather than leaving you to manage it yourself.
We take responsibility for the hosting, software updates, backups, monitoring and other essential maintenance, so you can get on with running your business.
Every level includes Managed Website Care & Hosting. Each price is the complete monthly charge for that level of service, not an additional fee.

A few things worth knowing
These prices are intended for standard brochure websites. E-commerce websites and larger or more complex sites are quoted according to their requirements.
A complete website, not just a design.
A successful website starts long before we choose colours, fonts or layouts.
We take time to understand your business, your customers and what makes you different. We write the content, develop the design and build a website around what you want it to achieve.
That means the thinking, professional copywriting and important technical setup are included as part of the project.
Website Design
Bespoke Website Design & Build
Typically £3,500
Based on a standard five-page brochure website.
1
Understanding your business
We’ll start with a conversation about what you do, who your customers are, what makes you different and what you’d like your website to achieve. We’ll also carry out our own research to help establish the right approach.
2
Planning and professional copywriting
We’ll plan the structure of your website and write the content for the agreed pages. The words are developed around your business and customers, rather than asking you to supply all the copy or trying to fit it into a finished design.
3
Bespoke website design
We’ll create a professional design that reflects your business, communicates your message and helps visitors find the information they need. Your website will be designed to work across mobiles, tablets and desktop computers.
4
WordPress development
We’ll build your website in WordPress, with clear navigation, the agreed pages and functionality, and an editing system that can be maintained as your business develops.
5
The important technical details
We’ll take care of the essential setup, including:
6
Review, testing and launch
We’ll manage the project, involve you at agreed stages for feedback and approval, carry out the final checks and handle the website launch. You’ll receive a clear quotation and an agreed project scope, so you know what’s included before we begin.
What affects the price?
The £3,500 figure is a typical price, not a fixed charge for every website.
The final quotation will depend on factors such as:
1
The number of pages and amount of content required
2
Any specialist functionality or booking systems
3
E-commerce requirements
4
Integrations with third-party software
5
More complex layouts, content or development work
6
Whether existing content and design assets can be used
A smaller or more straightforward project may cost less. Larger or more involved websites will cost more.
We’ll explain the options, agree what’s included and provide a fixed project quotation before work begins.
Professional copywriting is part of our standard approach. We don’t remove it simply to make the initial price look lower, because getting the message right is essential to building an effective website.
Getting the right people to your website.
Having a great website is an important starting point. But you also need the right people to find it.
We can help you attract relevant visitors through Google Ads, social media advertising and other agreed digital marketing activity.
Our focus is on generating worthwhile enquiries and understanding what your marketing is achieving, rather than simply increasing clicks or traffic.
Digital Marketing Management
From £500 per month
Plus advertising spend, where applicable.
Where suitable data is available, we can also look beyond the number of enquiries to understand their quality and help identify which marketing activity is generating valuable business opportunities.
Depending on the service and agreed campaign scope, our management can include
Management fees and advertising spend
E-commerce and more complex websites
Not every website fits a standard price.
Online shops, booking systems, membership websites, large content-driven websites and projects requiring bespoke integrations can involve additional planning, development and ongoing support.
We’ve developed custom website functionality for businesses with particular operational requirements, including integrations with existing software and tailored online booking processes.
If your business needs something more involved, we’ll discuss the requirements and provide a quotation based on the work involved.
